Inspired by playing in the forest as a child, this rock was in my childhood backyard. It was surprisingly smooth and made for a good place to read or play house when it wasn't pouring rain. There was an extra large rock behind it that my sister, my neighbour, and I all tried to climb up. The pine tree in front is now dead but used to offer a lot of cover to hide along with the huckleberry bushes. The big trees are all pines and cedar trees that have been there for forever.
